By engaging Perth Fencing Guys for fencing installation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Perth Fencing Guys.
2. Quotation and Payment
2.1. All quotations provided by Perth Fencing Guys are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
2.2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to secure the booking.
2.3. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the fencing installation.
2.4. Payment methods accepted include Bank transfer or Cash payments.
3. Site Preparation
3.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is clear of any obstacles or debris before the scheduled installation date.
3.2. Perth Fencing Guys may charge additional fees for site preparation if it is not completed by the Customer.
4. Change Orders
4.1. Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4.2. Additional costs incurred due to change orders will be added to the final invoice.
5. Warranty
5.1. Perth Fencing Guys provides a 3-year warranty on workmanship.
